Engine Reassembly - Part 2

Last step on the head was to fit the camshafts/holders etc.

Started by cleaning the intake rocker shaft orifice was it wasn't looking happy. Got a new seal for it too.

The exhaust rocker shaft orifice was way too gone to salvage so I purchased a new one from Honda

Cleaned up the orifice holes and greased up before fitting

Turning the rocker shaft to line up the hole for the orifice to slot in

And we're in

Next was lubing up the camshaft holders with assembly lube

I didn't get any hondabond for the seals so I opted for the next best thing

Lubing up the cam journals/rocker arms


Then it was time to put the cams in and line them up

Followed by the cam holders

And finally we get the cam plate on and torque everything down in OEM order
